Pastel Bank Manager Add-on Module

The Pastel Bank Manager compiles a cash book batch by using, as a base, the electronic bank statements of most of the major banks in South Africa.

Basic features are :

Upon downloading the first bank statement, the user can assign recurring account coding to transactions that appear each month.
A unique statement transaction identifier is attached to each Pastel account.
In the ensuing months, the Pastel Bank Manager automatically codes recurring transactions for each subsequent cash book batch.
It is only necessary to code transactions that have not appeared previously.
You can split lines into multiple accounts. An example will be the allocation of rent to different departments.
For custom or complex changes, there is a facility to export the transactions to Excel. Changes may be made and the data may then be re-imported to the Pastel Bank Manager.

The Pastel Bank Manager is a single-user module. Only one user can access the Pastel Bank Manager at any one time.
