A debtor's management system that's suitable for any business in any industry that seeks to optimize their debtors collection process, this is a hands-on practical system that automates the daily control of the debtors book. For instance, Pastel Cash Manager generates automatic chase lists for follow up, eliminates the need for scribbled notes on the Age Analysis, provides instant reconciliations of invoices outstanding per ageing category per debtor, calculates actual days outstanding per invoice, monitors payment history and tracks all calls made to debtors and promises made. It also does all the conventional projections such as cash flow forecasts and average age of debtors.
Pastel Receipting
The Pastel Receipting module facilitates the processing and printing
of receipts thus eliminating the need to process a separate
cashbook batch as the Receipting module automatically moves the receipts to the cashbook. The Receipting module
is particularly suited to clubs, schools and other organisations that collect
cash for services such as fees and subscriptions etc. Income
is therefore immediately apparent in the Income Statement at the time of payment.
Time & Billing
This module allows users to bill employee time to customers. Timesheets for employees can be completed and customers can then be charged for various activities. Simply create the activities (the services you charge out to your customers) by entering timesheets for employees, and create invoices per customer from the timesheets.
Serial Number Tracking
Keep track of individual, serialised, inventory items using the
Pastel Serial Number Tracking Module. Items are tracked from the moment
of purchase or manufacture. Ideal for products with a
built-in warranty or guarantee.
NEW POS Module
The
Pastel Point Of Sale module enables retailers to sell, from the
till-point, to both account and cash sale customers. Receipting
of account payments may be carried out directly at point of
sale. Features include multiple cash-ups, barcode scanning, password protection, price lookup, float allocation and real time processing. Specific
settings per user, per document, allows tellers flexibility in
processing. A supervisor password for editing documents or
changing parameters is available. An Offline processing
module is available for environments where connectivity and
downtime is a concern. This enables terminals to run independently
of a server.
