General Ledger Reports - Transaction Audit Trail

This produces a report of general ledger transactions listed in the sequence in which they were processed in the Pastel Software data. Transactions posted simultaneously are grouped together.

Filter By / From ID / To ID parameters
Optional selection of range either on the Transaction ID and the Batch ID. Choose one of these in the "Filter By" field, and select the desired range.
Include Transactions Processed in Prior Versions.
Transactions processed using older versions do not have the full sequencing and grouping of transactions. These may, however, be included in the report.
Select the check box to include transactions from older versions.

To access this function, from the Pastel Software Menu :

Select View...General Ledger...Transactions...Transaction Audit Trail from the menu.
